What a clearance is
You’ve moved into a place with a jungle out the back. Or a busy year turned into two and now you can’t see the fence. Or a tenancy ended and the garden came back looking like a nature reserve. One or two visits, a lot of cutting and digging, everything taken away, and a garden you can stand in again.
What we do
- Cut back everything that’s overgrown: bramble, ivy, sycamore and buddleia seedlings, shrubs that have swallowed the path.
- Dig out roots where it matters — bramble and bindweed come back unless you do.
- Strim, mow, edge; reveal the lawn or what’s left of it.
- Remove the junk: old furniture, rotten timber, bags of whatever.
- Take it all away and dispose of it properly.
- Tell you honestly what’s worth keeping, what’s dying, and what a maintenance rhythm afterwards would look like.
What it costs
From £180 for a small garden that’s gone one season. A two-day job with a lot of removal is more. Send a photo — ideally two, from the house and from the far end — and we’ll give you a number before anyone lifts a tool.
Afterwards
A cleared garden left alone is an overgrown garden in eighteen months. Most people move to a fortnightly or monthly maintenance visit after; we’ll suggest what fits.
